Living multi-dimensionally means being able to walk between the realms – between the quantum and the physical, the spiritual and the temporal, the sacred and the profane, the mystical and the ordinary, fully claiming both our physical and spiritual beingness.
How do we do this and what does it feel like?
Take a couple of deep breaths and then take another. After the out breath, pause for a few seconds before breathing in again. Notice the stillness, the deep peace, the sacred silence of nothingness. Let yourself sink into this space between worlds where your energy can reach out and touch everything in the universe.
Take some time to explore this emptiness, and discover within it the essence of all being, the doorway to the dreamtime, the mystical union of all opposites. For what seems empty of matter is actually teeming with energy. It is only in the quiet and the stillness that we can begin to experience what is really there.
Let yourself fill this space with your whole being, your body, your awareness, and also your soul that both infuses the body and extends far beyond, touching, anointing and blessing everything.
In this place we are deeply rooted in our physical bodies, but also energetically connected to all that is.
In this place we are physical beings delighting in our ability to touch and feel and smell and hear and see and fully experience the beauty and even the ugliness around us.
In this place we are filled with gratitude and appreciation for all that our physical and energetic beingness brings to us.
This is the meaning of spiritual connection.
This is the feeling of sacred space.
This is the secret of our humanity, that we are far more expansive than we thought.
Just as the body and soul are integrally a part of one another, so are the divine and human parts of ourselves. When we consciously enter the energy dimension, we activate our quantum connections, our harmonic resonance with the rest of creation, and our ability to create a sacred space for ourselves whenever we choose.
In the past we have separated these parts of ourselves because the physical world is a place of absolute opposition and separation, of dualistic ideas and attitudes like good vs. bad, black vs. white, sacred vs. profane, and where it seems that conflict is necessary for right to overcome wrong.
When we walk between realms, opposites are not absolute but rather complimentary. We can notice and observe, and even delight in apparent contradictions and differences while understanding the deeper unity underneath. Walking between realms means being able to see a cloud’s silver lining as well as the potential shadow in even the most joyous occasions. It means gaining a larger perspective that eliminates the need for conflict, and opens the doors of understanding and compassion.
This feeling, this place, this mystical union with all creation, is available to us whenever we want. It is simply our intention that brings it about. We can choose to activate it whenever we think about it, and live within it even as we function in our physical world.
Walking between the realms means that we are able to choose to be in either the physical or the energetic realm according to our needs and wishes.
Walking between realms means we are also able to choose to be in both at the same time, to experience the sacred and the ordinary together in their mystical unity.
Walking between realms is available to all of us right now. We have only to choose it.
