With the Super Tuesday primaries (in 2016) behind us, many (on both right and the left), are beginning to panic. But hold onto your hats – let’s look at this from an energy perspective. 
The Earth is currently undergoing transformative energetic changes. Until now, most of us have only sensed these changes – an unsettled feeling, a sense that a shoe is about to drop, etc. Now, however, we’re actually seeing the changes begin to take place right in front of our eyes. Change is always disruptive and can be very uncomfortable. But it doesn’t have to be.
One of the big differences between the old energy and the new energy is that this new energy is responsive to the quantum rules of energy rather than the classical rules of physicality. Since one of the primary rules of energy is “Like attracts like”, we are beginning to notice this law coming to play in the dramatic things happening around us. What you put out to the world is what you attract to back yourself.
Another big change is that this law of attraction has intensified dramatically, so that the consequences of your actions and thoughts attract like energy to you at a much faster rate with a much more intense effect than ever before.
With that in mind, let’s look at what’s happening with the two political parties in the U.S. (in 2016)
One party is sowing conflict, mistrust and xenophobia. Although many moderates in this party are now upset that these tendencies have gone too far, the party as a whole has condoned these tactics for many decades as a way of encouraging voters to come to their side.
Now this party has a front running candidate who embodies all these things writ large. These attitudes and actions are no longer hidden or subtle, but are out in the light for all to see. The energy generated, in turn, is attracting conflict, mistrust and xenophobia back to itself. The party is in disarray. In-fighting abounds. Name-calling is rampant. Ugliness is expanding within the party ranks. Pundits who foresee the party’s demise are not mistaken. The energy of conflict, disrespect, bullying and power mongering, although dramatic and attention getting at first, will ultimately turn on itself and devour its own tail, with its body soon to follow.
The other party seems to be going in the opposite direction. At first only one candidate was calling for equality of opportunity, a fair playing field for everyone, and mutual respect and acceptance of all people. But now both candidates are sounding the cry. One candidate is actually bringing the four letter “L” word into the conversation. When before have you ever heard the word “love” from a political candidate? Although there still may be dirty tricks going on behind the scenes, I am hopeful, if cautious.
Given the law of attraction and the rapidity with which it now manifests itself, what do you think will happen to each political party? We will see.
So instead of watching this drama play out with a sense of foreboding and horror, view it with humor and excitement. This year is a year like no other. We can no longer use what happened in the past as guideposts for the future. We are on completely new ground.
No matter what happens in the political arena, it doesn’t have to affect you. You are in a new place as well. What you put out into the world will be what you attract back, and it will happen very quickly.
If you treat those around you with integrity and respect, you will attract integrity and respect back to you.
If you are grateful for what you have and expect to attract more of what you need, that will happen as well.
If you love your body, treat it well, and trust its healing abilities, your health will improve.
If you trust that everything will work out well, even if you don’t yet see how, things will work out.
And if you love yourself, your whole self, even your imperfections, flaws and foibles, that radiance will bring you joy in all you do, no matter what is going on in the larger world.
The Law of attraction is now in full gear. And it’s working faster than ever before. There is an old adage that says, “You reap what you sow”, but that assumed there was a growing season in between. We have just eliminated the growing season.
