I just watched an amazing YouTube production by enra motion graphics performing arts. Called “Pleiades” it features two dancers who not only dance with each other, but also with light. 
This video has gone viral because it speaks to a profound truth that is not usually apparent to most of us. The point this dance makes so beautifully visual is that our energy fields are made of light, and we all have the ability to spread that light far beyond our physical bodies.

Describing our personal energy field, how it behaves and how we influence it is very difficult because we humans are such visual creatures. If we can’t see it or visualize something in our minds, we have a hard time believing it really exists. Even if we do believe it, something that is multidimensional and behaves differently than physical matter cannot easily be imagined.
That is why this video is so profound. It visually portrays what words cannot.
The dancers create points of light with their movement, just as we all create points of light or darkness by our thoughts, feelings and physical reactions.
The dancers throw off light as they move, and that light extends far beyond their physical bodies according to their planned movements. Their intention to move in a dramatic way causes light to explode in a cascade of sparkling energy all around them. Light moves with their intentions just as our energy fields move with our intentions.
The dancers also create geometrical patterns of light as they move together in harmony with the music and with each other. It is a graphic depiction of the synergy created when two or more people are working in perfect harmony, when egos are put aside, when hearts are open and when the joy of connection is made manifest through common movement and/or purpose.
And finally, this beautiful production reminds us that harmonized energy (synchrony) IS light.
